Well, I'm a hard worker. I will do anything you need me to. I'm never late and I get along very well with co-workers. I have 2 years of experience working in a kitchen and I understand that good quality is very important to your company. I want to work here because I like your products and I would be very happy to work for this company.
That's great. Um, it says here that your kitchen experience was in a small Cafe. Have you ever had experience working in a large commercial kitchen before?
No, but I think it would be very interesting. I learn quickly.
Okay, when you finish a task, how do you know what to do next?
Well, I look around to see if anyone needs help. If no one needs help, then I find something to clean. Sometimes I ask the supervisor what I can do.

Well, as you said before, quality is very important to our company. Company employees must follow directions exactly for us to get the best product possible.
