A client says her ground food is disgusting. By asking follow-up questions, the healthcare worker discovers that the food is not being identified and that chewing causes mouth pain, and reports both the pain and three days of poor intake.

Mrs. Baptista, 84, is on a mechanical-ground diet after a stroke. For three days she has eaten almost nothing and has complained sharply about the food.

How to practice

A simple flow students can follow every time.
  1. 1Tap Start dialogue and listen to the chattybot's line.
