Your Role
You are a healthcare worker in the hallway. A visitor is pushing a wheelchair and looking at her phone. She is walking toward a suitcase she left on the floor and she cannot see it. There is also an old lamp cord near the wall with the wire showing. One of these is urgent. One is not.
