Your Role
You are a healthcare worker. Mr. Yamada has skipped his walk four days in a row. He is unfailingly polite. Each time he has said “I’ll think about it,” “maybe later,” “that’s kind of you.” Something else is going on, and he will not tell you unless you ask the right way.
